TES’s privacy program is based on Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.   • To contact someone who can help, in case of illness/unexpected absence

Information on family/ beneficiaries

  • To set up benefits coverage, if you are placed in a role that includes benefits

Banking /tax information

  • To process payments to you and report them correctly as required by law
