Bid Coordinator Responsible for preparing Drives proposals: - Understanding and commenting customer and/or consultant specifications. - Building costing sheet with all relevant options. - Coordinating commercial and legal aspect of the tender. - Getting proper internal approval according to the Table of Authority (SOX). - Preparing final document for the customer. - Work closely with the Regional Sales organization in order to generate proper synergy - Schedule and orchestrate bi-monthly project review conference call with the three regions - Develop relationship with other product supplier in order to promote a complete solution to the end-user - Assists in the development of business strategies and plan to grow overall sales and market share - Responsible for OEM and Direct Business pricing strategy - Capable of managing and prioritizing the bid request - Work closely with other divisions in order to provide a complete and competitive solution - Use of Judgment and initiative necessary to identify priorities, solve problems, meet schedule, adapt to change and choose the most efficient ways to do the work - The candidate must be able to present technically and commercially the proposed solution to the end users, consultant, technicians, engineers, purchasing manager, etc.
- 5 years minimum in relevant drives' experience - Great desire to always learn more - Knowledge of contract law and sales process a must - Highly proficient in MS-Excel, Word - Be an "out of the box" thinker able to see other opportunities in business growth - French and English is mandatory - Efficient in managing priorities - Team player
